The Buršić family has been producing olive oil and Istrian cured meat products for many years.
We have been engaged in agriculture at our station for 47 years. In our business, we include olives under family farms and production under crafts.
We are located in Vodnjan, and in addition to the production itself, which is located on their property, there is also the first tasting room of indigenous products in Istria.
From year to year, we produce prosciutto, pancetta, sausages and ombolo, and for the last 10 years, we have been promoting the tradition and returning the Easter delicacy Špaleta (shoulder) to the tables.
With us, it is possible to organize lunches, dinners and various other events.
