Škrlet Mons Claudius

Škrlet Mons Claudius

Quality white wine.

Škrlet Mons Claudius, an autochthonous Moslavina wine variety. Wine of a gentle light yellow color, with a pronounced pure aroma. The flutter of this wine provides meadow-floral and later aromas of white fruit, primarily pears and apricots, all the way to nutty aromas with the addition of cloves. Light creaminess, accentuated extract and slightly higher alcohol point us to a serious wine that tells us with its structure that it is not a classic example of Škrlet. Balanced and harmonious, it is ready to match pork roast, barbecue and more serious risottos.

Frankovka

Frankovka

Top quality dry red wine.

The transparent ruby color with a suggestive reflection so characteristic of Frankovka gives us a hint that it is a fresh, fruity, light, and modern black man. The intense and layered scent of red fruit, primary cherries with herbal-spicy admixtures with a discreet skin touch. The taste is fresh and juicy with plenty of fruit that turns into cherry compote. In a perfect balance of alcohol on the soft, and acid and tannin on the hard side of the spectrum. Although this is a wine that many will say is too simple, those who are better acquainted with it will say with certainty that it is an excellent work specific to the Moslavina terroir. Roast suckling pig is imposed as an ideal culinary partner.

2017. Alc. 13.1% 60.50kn

Frankovka

Quality dry red wine.

A variety of the Pannonian area adopted almost as autochthonous in continental Croatia. The wine has an intense ruby red color, medium density, and a refreshing fruity taste. It gives off the aroma of cherries. It goes best with: dark meat dishes, smaller games, even a little spicy taste, and it is extremely pleasant with fine cheeses.

Frankovka Rose

Frankovka Rose

Quality rosé wine

The darker pink color blends towards the color of ripe raspberry with a slight copper sheen that suggests to us that the wine has matured in the bottle. The nose has matured and is moderately severe where raspberries and strawberries are gently withdrawn so that beer aromas (fermented barley) emerge from under them, and the red-orange is quite shy at karaj. In swallowing fresh and intense, it irritates the palate for a long time after drinking. The red apple and herbal bite are continued with a slightly metallic taste, which with the vinzone notes enhanced by alcohol leaves the impression of an “experienced” rose.

2019. Alc. 11.5% 38.00kn
2018. Alc. 11.5% 44.25kn
