Registered among the first prosciuttos in Istria – in 1998.
We work exclusively with Croatian breeders of pigs up to one year old, weighing 160 to 200 kg live weight, where hams weigh 16 to 20 kg, where the finished product after a year we get from 9 to 11 kg. We strive for our animals to be certified for the production of Istrian prosciutto, which through traceability – breeder – slaughterhouse – prosciutto, we guarantee the consumer to receive a safe Croatian product that accompanies the certificate of traceability with a label and incandescent seal on the product.
